Welcome to this recursive project!

What problem does this project address?: This project concern the problem of unemployement of human resources.
What is the goal of this project?: This project assigns for goal the matching of project initiators and qualified persons who wants to participate in its realisation. The project instantiates and become inactive at the creation, next become active when some initial state is obtained.; See the class diagram
Quel est le but de ce projet ?: The focus is on matching human resources that are spread among a country and could virtually realize a project that an initiator has, somewhere, the potentiality to activate, but has not these human resources yet.

The project is in early stage: specification, modeling and scoping the use cases.

The next major milestone will be a beta release with nearly complete functionality and a wider set of testers.
